FAQ's
Can I add additional pages to my website?
You will not have the ability to create new pages, however your dedicated Web Designer can do this for you. Reach out to them for assistance with adding new pages.
What size and format should my photos be?
Ideally your photos should be around 2000px wide in order to appear clear on areas where it may be used at full size. For areas where a smaller photo is used, your image can be less than 2000px without issue. Best formats are png and jpeg.
How do I edit the menu on my website?
You will not have the ability to edit the menu so please reach out to your dedicated Website Designer who can help assist with edits to your menu.
Where do I link my social media profiles?
Depending on the version of your website, you’ll hover over the tab called Theme Settings or Options and select Social Settings or Social Options, respectively. Here you can copy and paste the link to your profile in the relevant social media field. Once you’ve updated the page the relevant icon will appear in your Social Media section on the frontend of your website.
Can I add new users to the backend of my website?
You will not have the ability to add new users so please reach out to your dedicated Website Designer who can help create new users on your behalf.
Can I edit my page titles?
Yes! Depending on the version of your website, you’ll do so either by hovering over the page on the left-hand menu and selecting Settings or hovering over the Options tab on the left-hand menu and selecting Body Options.
